The Natural Resource Defense Counsel’s website has a similar feature (“Picturing Smart Growth”), which features potential outcomes in 70 communities across the country.  Alas, none of them are in Pennsylvania.  However, several of the TOD communities in the DC metro area are featured:

These tools are particularly valuable for overcoming the “high density=1920’s NYC tenement” reaction that some people have to proposed “high density” development.  Bottom line: design matters a lot, and these imaging tools communicate the designs more powerfully than any written description.
